Commentary

In the sixth minute Kružliak missed the target after a Takáč´s corner kick. About five minutes later Pickford caught Daniel´s dangerous pass. In the fifteenth minute domestic players blocker Rooney´s shot and subsequently Rooney from border the penalty area missed the target. In the thirty-first minute Ján Maslo blocked Ramírez´s shot. After twelve minutes Ramírez missed the target.

In the fifty-fourth minute Daniel missed the target in the big chance. About thirteen minutes later guest players blocked Qose´s attempt. In the seventy-second Calvert-Lewin had chance, but Kružliak stopped him. After eight minutes already Calvert-Lewin scored – 0:1. In the ninetieth minute Macík caught Miralas shot from a free kick.

Domestic players and fans have performed excellently, but Ružomberok lost also in the second match 0:1 and finished in the Europa league.

I am glad that the words that we really want to slap the procedure were not just phrases, but it really was a match reality. We made both matches interesting. It was really a charge, I can say, it's got quality too. We were Everton's equal partner in both games."
