In the seventieth minute guest goalie caught Daniel´s shot. In the eighty-eighth minute Skaanes missed the target. At the end of the match Ružomberok wanted to score, but Leciejewski caught Qose´s shot from behind the penalty area and Kostadinov did not make use of a chance.

Norbert Hrnčár (head coach of MFK Ružomberok): „I think, the match was difficult for both teams. For us, from the point of view of the offensive, how we were able to push through that compact, organized block of the opponent, even though we had a few options, either after the escape of Erik Daniel, after the centuries or the standard situation. The opponent was strong in standard situations. He used one chance and won. It's the first match, it's the first half-time of the double match and we'll try a little surprise in a week to smile after the match."
